Delivery within Lebanon

We deliver KALZEN orders within Lebanon. Prices and the free-delivery threshold below are in US dollars.

Delivery charges

Orders over US$59.99 qualify for free delivery within Lebanon. Any delivery charge for other orders is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the processing time above.

Public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes or carrier disruptions may affect these estimates. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery company and explain the available next steps.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already shipped. Contact us with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.

Once dispatch has taken place, we may be unable to stop the shipment. For returns or withdrawal after delivery, please see our Return, refund and product support policy. Dispatch restrictions do not remove statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

Incorrect delivery address

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can usually update the address within 24 hours of the order being placed, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch.

Damaged or non-working arrivals

If your product arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund under our on-arrival refund promise. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos of the item and packaging, where available, can help us review it.
